I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and am Licensed in the State of Washington as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LW00007604).  I have worked for over 40 years doing family, marital and individual therapy at Wellspring Family Services, in a previous private practice, and at Ryther Child Center.

In my work with people, I take a holistic, integrative and client-centered approach to therapy.  I draw on a wide range of therapeutic modalities according to the needs of my clients including Family Systems Therapy, Person-Centered Psychotherapy, Humanistic Psychology, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).  I am also trained in LIfespan Integration Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and PCIT—Parent Child Interaction Therapy.
